Martur Fompak International Organisational Culture Assessment
XSIGHTS assessed Martur Fompak International’s organisational culture in six different countries. Using the findings of this survey, our client was able to understand cultural differences in different locations and between different departments. Organisational insights from this survey were used to launch a successful internal communications campaign for aligning organisational culture.
Formulation of the Ethics Code of Conduct for a Foundation
XSIGHTS supported the formulation of Ethics Codes, a manual of ethical rules to be used in all schools of this private foundation. The Code of Conduct was shared through an internal communication day to all stakeholders.
