THY Market Research Training for Customer Experience Department
XSIGHTS delivered a 10-week training on Market Research Principles for Turkish Airlines. The training covered conventional and modern methods of market research and included examples from the airline industry. The training offered a strategic approach to market research and supported the Customer Experience Team in creating specific market research briefs.
M&E Training for Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu (SGK)
XSIGHTS trained SGK executives on M&E methods and models for an EU funded project. The training was delivered over the course of eight weeks, with applied examples from global development projects. The 35-hour course focused on research methodologies, theories of change and OECD’s DACs. At the end of the training, the executives were able to design and manage impact assessments independently and collaborate with several institutions and universities regarding their evaluation needs.
Inner Leadership Training
Çiğdem Penn, the founder of XSIGHTS, regularly delivers Inner Leadership Training. The training is composed of four modules based on four main archetypes and helps participants align themselves with their direction in life.
Assistance in Preparing Marketing Plans for Youth Communities
XSIGHTS was commissioned by GOPA to support Turkish youth communities in developing a marketing plan for advertisement of their local produce. With assistance from XSIGHTS, young members of these communities conducted focus group discussions and surveys among the farmers, analyzed the data, conducted a SWOT analysis and prepared a marketing plan for funding.
