Aslı Şen Koçel

Aslı Şen Koçel graduated from ITU Business Engineering in 1994, where she presented her thesis on Crisis Management in Holdings. She completed an Advanced Creative Advertising course at Northwestern University in 1997, and Executive MBA program at Boğaziçi University in 2007.

She started her career with an international research and consulting firm in fast moving consumer goods and then continued into the health sector, specifically the pharmaceutical industry with Merck Sharp & Dohme Pharmaceutical Company in 2000. She gained deep experience in marketing, market research and business excellence with Bayer, Novartis, Pfizer, Essilor, and Danone Nutricia respectively.

She managed many projects focused on digitization in the pharmaceutical industry. She worked closely with doctors from the Ministry of Health and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) about new-coming products and to define the market, market access, prelaunch/launch plans for new products and to raise awareness. She conducted in-depth interviews for multinational pharmaceutical companies on qualitative research and prepared creative presentations that supported strategic plans. Thanks to the Nurse-N application Project, which she developed and implemented at Danone Nutricia, she was awarded the Disruptive Change Award.
Aside from her professional life, Aslı Şen Koçel has certificates of Adler ICF Coaching and Art Therapy Education. With a particular interest in art, Koçel has amateur works of drawings, sculptures, ceramics and stories. She is married and has a daughter.
