Needs Assessment

Public Satisfaction Surveys
XSIGHTS offers independent and robust measurements of the level of satisfaction with local and central governmental bodies. One of the largest surveys conducted on Syrians under Temporary Protection in Turkey was carried out by XSIGHTS and included 12,800 interviews in 10 different cities regarding satisfaction with health services. Impact Assessment
Impact Assessments require both baseline and endline surveys. XSIGHTS has conducted baseline and endline surveys to compare differences and test specific hypotheses related to program interventions. Strongly grounded in Theory of Change (ToC), Impact Assessments allow transparent assessment of outcomes and of the overall impact hoped to be delivered by the programs. Performance Evaluations
XSIGHTS conducts independent External Evaluations. These evaluations are typically based upon OECD Development Assistance Committee (OECD/DAC) criteria, criteria of other donors or criteria from evaluation bodies (i.e. the American Evaluation Association). The aim of external evaluations is to assess if a specific project or program is on track and meeting its objectives; to identify lessons learned and best practices; to provide recommendations for strengthening programming; and to assess the need for further donor fundings. Typically, each Performance Evaluation is led by a Subject Matter expert and a Research expert, who work together on evaluation design, data collection and analysis, and production of evaluation reports and other key deliverables. Gender and Inclusion Assessments
XSIGHTS is experienced in conducting research for disadvantaged groups, including women. These surveys detail the physical living conditions, access to public services, level of digitalization, political involvement and their social distance from other members of the society.
