Nuray Özçelik Güler

Ms. Nuray Özçelik Güler graduated from Yıldız Teknik University in 2000, with a double major in Statistics and Economics.
She started her professional career at a consulting company serving the retail industry. Güler, whose main area of expertise is mystery shopping, has worked in many areas including audit, customer/employee experience, research, training and organization.
Ms. Guler has carried out projects with stores, shopping malls, banks, automotive companies, hotels, the food and beverage industry, and gas stations. She has worked with more than 200 brands that provide one-to-one service to customers.
She planned and carried out long-term value creation activities, taking into account the market dynamics of the company. Ms. Guler also developed project processes, supervised the units, provided in-depth controls of the business processes and defined the actions needed.
She provided trainings to employees at different levels in many companies that operate in the retail sector.
Güler is married and has one son.
