We recruit our participants with great care and strict eligibility, use fresh participants for each project. Our experienced moderators are involved at every stage of the qualitative projects from recruitment to reporting. We offer plenty of verbatim comments, video recordings, simultaneous translation and video summary of our focus groups. For busy executives, we upload the video recording to our ftp for later viewing.
